Baptism
The sacrament of baptism is offered to those who desire to make a profession of faith, and to the children of Christians, whose parents bring them forward to be baptized. Baptism is the sign and symbol of inclusion in God's grace and covenant with the church. A baptism may be performed at any of our worship services.
Communion
In celebrating the Lord's Supper, God's people are in communion with Christ and with all who belong to Christ. All are welcome to partake in communion to make the breaking bread and sharing the cup a participation in the body and blood of Christ. Through communion, Christians seek reconciliation with their neighbors, offer thanks to God, renew the vows taken at baptism, and commit to love and serve God, one another and their neighbors in the world.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always to the end of the age."
